Raised by an architect who constantly sought to squeeze every square inch of useful space out of their home, Josh gained a love for designing small, functional, and beautiful homes with limited resources. Holding a BA in Finance from Utah State University and a B.arch from Utah Valley University's traditional architecture program, and having nearly a decade of experience in an architecture firm, Josh is ready to take on big and small affordable housing projects.

Lane Lythgoe, Architect
Is the above-mentioned architect in Josh's bio who cleverly designs and uses space. He designed and remodeled the first live-work building in Heber, Utah that was a home for his family and an architecture studio, Lythgoe Design Group. Lane is a licensed architect and contractor who holds a BS in Engineering from BYU and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and has over three decades of experience practicing architecture.
